I am a NY State Licensed massage therapist. I graduated from Fingerlakes Community College with an A.A.S. in Therapeutic Massage and Integrated Health Care in 2020.
I am also certified in equine massage through Doggone U in Worchester, MA, which is a branch off of Bancroft School of Massage.
My strengths lie in deep tissue massage, orthopedic massage and myofscial trigger point release. I am always happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure you receive a session that is tailored to your needs!
